Food festivals and events offer us stage to share our product range, meet other fantastic producers and taste delicious Scottish food too.
“Local tastes miles better” is our motto and thanks to our farmland growing our delicious fruit, you’ll not find our signature Castleton Farm taste anywhere else.
We’ll be hitting the road to attend some food events in June and here’s where you can find us.
Taste of Grampian
Saturday 4 June
North-east Scotland’s biggest food and drink festival Taste of Grampian returns to P&J Live for a day fuelled by Scottish tastes. You’ll find us there with our Scottish strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries along with our delicious preserves.
We’re hoping to lure celebrity chefs James Martin and a Hairy Biker in for a photo opportunity.
Stonehaven Feein’ Market
Saturday 4 June
Stallholders descend onto Stonehaven’s The Market Square for the Feein’ Market for a day of food and community. We’ll be joining the likes of The Bread Guy’s Bakery, Ingrams Homecure and more.
Midsummer Beer Happening
Thursday 16 to Saturday 18 June
What do you get when you bring beer, food, live music and cycling together for a three-day event? The Midsummer Beer Happening of course. Stonehaven’s beer festival is gearing up for its great return at Baird Park.
Featuring over 120 beers from breweries across the UK and Europe, chances are slim of leaving without a new favourite. Come see us on the Saturday for a serving of strawberries and cream.
Royal Highland Show
Thursday 23 to Sunday 26 June
It’s our debut in the food hall at the Royal Highland Show this year. Known as Scotland’s Larder, here attendees can eat, meet and buy artisanal produce from all across Scotland.
Drumtochty Highland Games
Saturday 25 June
A day of piping, Scottish dancing and competitive games fill the grounds of Drumtochty Castle as its annual Highland Games makes a return. We’ll be joining in on all the fun as we cater the hospitality tent this year.
And if you can’t catch us at an event, fear not, our Castleton Farm shop and cafe is open seven days a week where a celebration of Scottish flavours and quality always awaits.
