Halloween on the Farm

On October 5, 2023

Halloween has landed at Castleton Farm and it’s absolutely spooktacular.

Our conservatory has been transformed into a supernatural super-spooky space. Grab yourself a pumpkin spice latte or a honeycomb hot chocolate and enter in to the spirit of things!

Holiday fun

Of course, we have holiday activities on the go, with the popular Critter Keeper joining us on 17 October with his collection of creatures – not one for the faint-hearted. But it’s educational and fun and if your little one dares to come along for the morning, the show starts at 10am

And we’re also holding a Halloween on the Farm party for the under-sevens on Thursday 26 October between 3pm and 4.30pm. Bring your wee witches, wizards and ghouls for some spooktacular fun and games. Tickets cost £5 and include a Halloween snack box containing small sandwich, drink and sweet treats.  There will be games and a competition for the best dressed up child.

Of course you can entertain the kids on any day in October with a Halloween afternoon tea. Just give us a call to book on 01561 321155

New things to taste and try

Our team has fairly fired up the cauldron, and as if you needed another reason to drop in, a new seasonal menu is being revealed mid-month.

With warming chilli bowls and poke bowls, along with new seasonal sandwiches, we are also rolling out our extensive new pizza menu. Piping hot wedges of deliciousness on a 12” sourdough base, they are available as sit-in or takeaway.

Autumn has arrived in the farm shop too, with some gorgeous new stock filling the shelves. As well as the finest regional produce, there are loads of seasonal preserves and new things to try. halloween sweater weatherAnd if you’re feeling the chill, pop in to pick up new gloves and scarves to keep yourself cosy.

There’s lots going on this month so come along and join us celebrating Halloween on the Farm…
