This recognition solidifies the quality of our product and reflects the growing interest in our innovative approach to flavour. Meet Megan Dorward – Our Business Growth Champion
Megan Dorward has played a pivotal role in Castleton’s journey to success. Beginning as a kitchen assistant at Castleton alongside studying Business Management with Human Resources, Megan has amassed a wealth of experience. After working in HR roles at Macphie Ltd, she took time to travel the world, gaining valuable insights and skills in hospitality and customer service. In November 2023, Megan joined Castleton Farm as Business Growth Manager, where she has made an immediate impact, working on new projects, onboarding customers, and representing Castleton at key industry events.

The winners of the North East Scotland Food & Drink Awards will be unveiled at a prestigious awards dinner on 5th June 2025 at Meldrum House Country Hotel. While we are already incredibly proud to be finalists, we are hopeful that our hard work and passion will be rewarded on the night!
